Hi, I’m Chloe.

Hi, I’m Chloe.

I’m a designer, art director, animator, and editor based in northern Virginia.

About me

I am an editor at The Washington Post, where I help shape visual storytelling, with a focus on off-platform.

In my current role, I oversee the design of The Post’s social accounts by managing a team of designers to adapt The Post’s brand and content for off-platform. I also edit the design of other digital and print stories across the newsroom. Previously, I worked as a designer and art director. In that role, I designed the print newspaper, created illustrations and took on digital and branding projects across the newsroom. Before that, I spent three years on The Post’s Emerging News Products team, designing and animating journalism for The Washington Post and The Lily News on Snapchat Discover.

I have a B.S. in graphic design from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Most of my time as a student was spent at The Daily Orange, Syracuse’s independent student newspaper, where I designed, art directed and managed a design staff. My other work experience includes internships and freelance work for The Boston Globe, Sports Illustrated and Allure Magazine.
